1How to delete your account inside the DayCatch App
- Open the DayCatch app on your Android or iOS device.
- Tap on the Profile / Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt with OTP verification to immediately delete your account credentials and personal profile.
2Submit an Online Account Deletion Request
If you do not have access to the mobile app, enter your registered mobile number below to request manual account removal.
What data is deleted?
Permanently Deleted:
- Personal profile, name & phone number
- Saved delivery locations & addresses
- Device push tokens & notification settings
Retained (Statutory requirements):
- Past financial tax invoices
- Anonymized aggregate order counts
